horsepower Limit

Hi. Does anyone know if there's a legal limit to the HP that your car can have?
Also, I'm 15 and in Florida they changed the law and made it so that you have to wait a full year after you get your learner's permit to get your liscence (even if that means waiting months after you turn 16). Does that also mean that if i get my learner's after I turn 16, I still have to wait a whole year? Thanks.

I'm not sure about the HP thing, but for the permit and license thing, you have to wait a whole year from the date you got your permit even if you got it after you turned 16, the only exception I think is if you're already 18 and you finally get your permit then you don't have to wait the 1 year, hope that helps.
